Jam'n Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients:
• 4-6 sweet potatoes
• 1/4 cup Olive Oil
• 3 Tbsp JamN’ Everything Seasoning
• Preheat oven to 425
Directions
Peel and dice in a rough chop all the sweet potatoes. In a bowl put potatoes, olive oil , and JamN Everything Seasoning together and mix until the potatoes are thoroughly coated. Pour mixture onto a non stick baking sheet in a single layer. Place in oven. With a spatula flip the potatoes occasionally to get an even crisp. Cook for 30-40 minutes.
Serve with your choice of meat or all by itself. It’s good enough to stand alone.
Jam'n Broiled Salmon
Ingredients:
• 2lbs Salmon Fillet with or without skin
• 3 Tbsp Jam’n Everything Seasoning
• 1 Lemon
Directions
Take the Salmon fillet and season BOTH sides with seasoning. Let marinate for 30 min to 1hr in the refrigerator. Turn on the oven to 450 degrees. Remove from the fridge for 10 mins until it gets close to room temperature. Once the oven has preheated to 450, turn on the broiler and place salmon skin side down in the broiler. Cook for 10 min or until Salmon is medium-well. Remove from oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice on entire fillets. Serve with your favorite side dish.
Jam’n Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients:
• 2 Slabs of Baby Back pork ribs
• 1-1/2 cups Jam’n Everything Seasoning
• Marinading Bag
• Prepare the Ribs for Seasoning
Directions
Remove the thin layer of the membrane from the undercarriage of the ribs. Remove any excess fat from the meat because it will interfere with the absorption of the seasonings. Pat dry and place on the side. Repeat for each slab.
Take the Jam’n Everything Seasoning and fully coat both sides of each slab. Pat or rub the seasoning into the meat and place each slab into a bag to marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Grilling option: Place in a warm grill or smoker at temperatures of 250-300 degrees rib side down. Slow cook for 3-4hrs with indirect heat (away from coals or flames) flipping slabs every hour. Once ribs have reached an internal temperature of 180-195 they can be removed from the grill, let rest for 15 mins and then cut and serve.
Oven/Baking option: Preheat oven to 275. Place ribs bone side down in a baking pan and cover with Aluminum foil. Cook for 3 1/2 hours. Remove foil and turn oven to broil for extra 10-15 mins to create a char on the ribs ( add barbecue sauce optional). Remove from oven and let rest for 15 mins and then cut and serve.
Adding barbecue sauce on your baby backs is optional because with Jam’n Everything Seasoning you really don’t need any sauce!! Trust me.
